I am a Release Train Engineer helping organizations achieve alignment, flow, and predictable delivery in complex Agile environments. I translate strategy into measurable outcomes by enabling people, systems, and leadership to work effectively together.
With a background in computer science and hands-on experience across organizational development and Agile coaching, I bring a strong technical and systemic perspective to change. I have supported distributed teams across Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, and Liechtenstein, facilitating alignment, PI Planning, and stakeholder collaboration.
I have completed the CAS Team Dynamics in process-oriented leadership and consulting and work as a team dynamiker, with a strong focus on collaboration, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
